Bill Sorter - Image processing sorter and counterfeit counter

·         High resolution image capturing by using CIS (Contact Image Sensor) and high speed DSP (Digital Signal Processor)
perform the high speed, 3D image processing procedure. It can distinguish the type of bill and detect counterfeit one, and sort pollution level.

·         Precise recognition of OCR, OMR, Bar-code with high resolution imagery interpretation

·         By using high resolution image capturing sensor, full image of bill is obtained, then by comparing standard image, the type of bill and counterfeit one is distinguished.

·         Accurate sorting of bill as distinguishing the bill type based on full image of bill

·         Whole image processing by counterfeit Sensitivity IR (infrared light) image or UV (ultraviolet rays) image has a very high ability of counterfeit differentiation.

·         New type of bill or counterfeit prevention method can be dealt with just software change

·         Existing sensor method

·         Sorting type of bill and distinguish the counterfeit one by using length sensor, color sensor, optical sensor

·         Relying on limited information, precise recognition cannot be done.

·         If there are new types of bill or counterfeit prevention methods, hardware design should be made again because location of detection sensor will be newly changed.
